In response to the ongoing threat posed by high winds and wildfires, the Augusta County Board of Supervisors has declared a local state of emergency effective immediately. The combination of gusty winds and dry conditions has caused multiple wildfires throughout the county. Thank you to everyone who trusted me in 2023 in your real estate goals. It was amazing to see everyone either enjoying their homes for the first holiday in them, seeing families come together in a larger home after upsizing, or enjoy the holidays after selling properties and even traveling the country.
It was a pleasure to help every single one of you and I love seeing and hearing about the updates in all of my clients lives.
