Final inspection today on this project. Was a smooth project.
Double bedroom expansion, bathroom expansion, added a laundry room, new front porch, new roof and 6” gutters.
Now booking your next project mid 2027. Get that new space scheduled now!!!
I’m on the down hill side of this project. Drywall hung and inspected. Ready for tape coat tomorrow!!!

After fighting weather on this one we was able to finally get the footers poured. Still a sloppy mess.

Rough in inspection done today. Started the roof while waiting on the inspection. Next step insulation yayyyy! Thank you Airtech heat and air, ZC electric and my buddy Shane on plumbing while I slammed on other things. This project is huge. If you are on my list you are not forgotten. Im working that way fast as I can.
