Dependable . Able to life a few pounds. Shows up every day ready to work and learn. Takes self pride in their work and takes their job seriously.... I mean there's a time for fun and a time for wearing your game face too..
Personal must be self discipline in comuncations with customers and staff .. for ex( if your a down right as***le to your work team peers or even also if you are ignorant to any customers clients of the company) * (big no no)
And a whole lot more .... It's simple really folks were trying to find someone that is willing to show up everyday with a positive attitude And willing to learn if you're willing to try the. We are willing to help teach you to a stronger knowledge of construction and other skills as far as pay rate goes if you show us that you're sincerely trying and giving it 150% you can make a decent pay raise just have to show us you're worth it...honestly these days it is very hard to find any help let alone good help so don't be afraid to ask questions there is no such a thing as a dumb question never.... If you want paid 15+ dollars and hr fine but you have to start low and prove you can earn it first some may think these standers are harsh some may even say or think they are cruel even. Honestly this is a hell of alot to ask of for new employees... As Americans I know these fine gentlemen and even ladies are out there ready to learn willing to show us that they are worth it ... because in reality we all are worth it we just don't prove it either it be to someone or ourselves..... Of anybody is serious about working in the construction field please don't be afraid to contact us our company has been in business for just about 48 years now I the 2nd generation owner operator just opened the doors back open roughly three years ago and I do honestly believe we are ready to start taking more steps into the future.... Let us build tomorrow together ....

Got a couple more windows installed and 85% of the roof sheeted, it's coming along pretty well at this point.
