If you receive a letter in the mail from your local tax authority DON'T IGNORE IT!
You may need to reapply (at no cost to you!) to confirm you still fall under tax exemptions that may be on your property.

Yesterday I touched briefly on buying now and refinancing later for those that are concerned about interest rates.
