Nowadays, some places bake their bacon. Some even deep fry their bacon. We cook our bacon the way we think it should be cooked....in it's own fat. No loss of flavor this way.

I've been cooking burgers for over 30 years the same way. I just learned that it's called a "Smash Burger". I had no idea, as I thought that is the only way to cook a burger on a flattop. I'm gonna go home and tell my beautiful wife that I'm a trendsetter, just so I can see her chuckle.😆
