This week we’re pouring our 2020 Tempranillo — a bold Texas red with rich notes of cherry, plum, dried figs, cedar, to***co, and vanilla. Pair it with grilled meats, tacos, bold Italian dishes, or your favorite Mexican cuisine and spend the afternoon wandering the vineyard with a glass in hand.

Wine Wednesday is here, and this week we’re featuring one of Dove Ridge’s boldest pours — Petite Sirah.

Deep in color, rich in dark fruit, and layered with structure, this small-batch release delivers an intense finish that lingers long after the last sip. With fewer than 400 bottles produced, it’s a wine worth slowing down for.
