This was job i did Demo out the old windows, little framing, and in with the new 5 windows I install to the exterior trim out. Quad and sealed. I came back for phase 2 to trim out the interior window sills and casing. ( just got to find the photos)

This was a job probably many of you seen on Facebook, where a carpenter left the job without telling untill he left over the phone.

She reached out to me ask what I could do. When I got there the door couldn't even open or close without force

I ended up take the slab off, and re installing the door frame, put slab back on . About hour or so a of a adjustment..door closes smooth
Then I need better fasteners ( grk t25 for the score) ,
- plaster patch where original guy who broke off a good piece , was able patch its and also plaster patch n light skim around the door
- Installed new door hardware and dead bolt -threshold to existing floor to new door, and Trim out the door.
-Installed old existing storm door

And a Good clean up and i took the old door with me ( was able fix plastering, caulking, able to completely finish a one day job for the painter)

Also I slightly charge less then usal normal

These people were grateful customers, and we're just unlucky they got wrong at first, anyways we make everything work by 8 p.m and hope she still happy.
