2 years at 659 Ridge Road… It’s crazy to look back at where this all started.

We spent our first two years on Empire Blvd and quickly outgrew that space. At the time, moving into a warehouse felt like a big step… now it’s hard to imagine Legends being anywhere else.

From an empty warehouse to what it is today, Rochester’s strongest gym and premier 24/7 facility but the biggest thing we’ve built isn’t just the space, it’s the community.

That’s the one thing we hear over and over again, how welcoming this place feels and that’s what matters most. Yes, we pride ourselves on strength, powerlifting, and bodybuilding… but Legends is for anyone who wants to get better. Period.

These pictures are a reminder of where we started and a reminder that we’re just getting started.
