Plank North Elementary

Our Plank North Pioneers had our last family gathering of the school year this morning!

We honored our 14 students who had perfect attendance throughout the school year in addition to individual friends who received a Shout Out & Golden Coin award…amazing!!!

Our school has emphasized a character trait as a goal each month this year. Students guessed the trait from the past 10 months that helped them become their ‘best you’!

We also recognized Mrs. Garritano and Mr. Gorski with their retirement.

The assembly wrapped up with our annual tradition of honoring our 5th grade kiddos before they depart for middle school!

Perhaps one of the best days of the school year for our Plank North 5th graders…the annual trip to Seabreeze Amusement Park!!!
Even the weather cooperated after a rocky morning…fun in the sun!

Our Plank North 1st graders conducted some research on an animal of their choice and then made a book! Today they held an author’s share with their peers!
