My 30th trip around the sun!
Funny, I don't feel old 🤔 Must be the four years of carnivore eating! According to the "experts," I should be dead by now from scurvy or high cholesterol. Instead, I'm my strongest, happiest, healthiest self.
Working today but treated myself to some nourishing meals after a killer workout 💪🏼
Broke a 17hr fast with 16oz ground goat from seasoned with hyrb salt + a bag of NY strip .snax
My second meal was an amazing pound of birthday brisket from the best BBQ in Tampa: - one of the few bbq places that makes sure to get authentic smoke flavor without all the sugar!
