April+ buyers often:
❌ Compete with the spring rush
❌ Face multiple offer situations
❌ Have fewer choices in top school districts
❌ Feel pressure to settle before the school year

I’m not saying this to rush you—every family’s timeline is different.

But if you’ve been thinking “we’ll start looking in spring,” it might be worth getting your plan together now.
