Just to let everyone know that I am hoping to resume classes at the Wenatchee Valley Senior Center in January. I will be following the Covid situation and keep you posted.
There are also other opportunities for classes in other locations.
It is so important for our health and well-being to keep moving. As the saying goes “Motion is lotion.”
I have also reinstated my Personal Trainer certification. For anyone needing some personal help or support, post surgery or just needing exercise.
