In honor of National Food Safety Education Month, we want to just take a minute to show our appreciation for our Food Safety people.

Have you ever stopped to consider the amount of effort and efficiency it takes to keep tabs on the safety of the world's food supply chain?

What a gargantuan task.

There are many FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) standards depending on the country and industry. Compliance with these practices and processes are paramount to the consistent safety and quality of consumer food products, and that starts with some incredible teams of Food Safety workers, like FSQA auditors.

These are the people going around ensuring everyone is doing things the right way, from the farm to the packing house. Their diligence is truly the key to global food safety, from providing growers with mitigation strategies on the farm, to acting as educator and collaborator to other agricultural food centers, it's one tough job, with a ton of moving parts.

So, from all of us here at ApRecs, thank you for all that you do. Thank you for keeping this massive ship sailing for the benefit of all of us.
