We’re excited to share that NCW Event Rentals has been working behind the scenes with Rocky Pond Estate Winery over the last several months to transition full wedding venue management—and we’re thrilled about this partnership!

We’re hiring a Large-Scale Venue Manager to oversee venue operations for wedding days at Rocky Pond.

Important: This is NOT a wedding coordinator role

This position is not wedding planning, day-of coordination, or managing couples’ personal wedding details. Couples may have their own coordinator—this role represents the venue and manages event-day logistics.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage venue operations on wedding days
• Direct vendor arrivals, setup, and breakdown (venue logistics)
• Enforce approved timelines and venue policies
• Troubleshoot event-day logistics and maintain venue standards

Ideal Candidate
• Has worked in the wedding industry
• A wedding coordinator looking for part-time, event-based work
• Organized, professional, calm under pressure
• Available weekends
