Why emotional release happens.
 
Sometimes, the stress, tension, and emotions we bury in our bodies begin to release when we allow ourselves to fully let go.  This emotional release is a sign that your body is healing.
 
It’s perfectly normal.
 
When you’re in a safe, nurturing space, your nervous system relaxes.  This allows your body and mind to let go of what no longer serves you, often through tears, laughter, or a deep sense of calm.
