This past weekend, I had the profound honor of speaking at the National High School Strength & Conditioning Coaches Clinic, held at La Porte High School. It was a privilege to share my insights on speed development within large team settings with fellow professionals.

In this journey, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with dedicated individuals and teams, each one contributing to my deep understanding of the dynamics of speed development. Sharing this knowledge, particularly in the context of large teams where individual attention may be challenging, felt both humbling and rewarding.

This opportunity was a reminder of the collective drive we all share in this profession: to help our young athletes reach their fullest potential. It has instilled in me a renewed sense of purpose and determination to continue learning, sharing, and growing in this field.
