Control felt powerful. Discipline felt safe.

Then came freedom.
No rules. No labels. No guilt.

But what I’ve learned is this:

Freedom without support can still feel chaotic.

Now my relationship with food is supported.

Not because I lack discipline.
Not because I can’t “do it on my own.”
But because I don’t have to.

Support looks like balanced meals.
It looks like steady energy.
It looks like systems that remove decision fatigue.
It looks like not carrying everything alone.

In this season of life, I don’t need more rules.
I need structure that serves me.
