Self love really does change everything 🩵
Two years ago, I was at one of my lowest points.
I had lost pieces of myself to grief, to an unhealthy relationship, to not loving myself the way I deserved.
I poured so much of me into someone who could never pour back…trying to fill a void that only I was meant to heal.
Little by little, I started choosing me.
Working on my mental health.
Learning to love every version of myself, even the ones I used to hide.
And now… it shows.
I smile harder.
I laugh louder.
I love deeper, especially myself.
It didn’t happen overnight.
But choosing yourself, day by day, will change your whole world.
That girl from two years ago…
she just wanted to be loved, seen, and respected.
And now I realize…
she was always worthy of it. She just had to learn it from herself 🤍
