3 EASY SQUAT TIPS
1. SCREW YOUR FEET INTO THE FLOOR
Refrain from letting the bottom of your feet move while squatting. Keep your your toes and heels down throughout the entire movement.
2. KEEP YOUR CHEST UP
Keeping an open chest will keep your shoulders back from rounding during the movement. This will prevent unnecessary stress on the spine.
3. INITIATE THE MOVEMENT WITH YOUR HIPS
Think about sinking your hips into the ground first, as opposed to bending over first. Slow down, control the movement, and own your body.
