ou learned in the previous post that many of the causes and risk factors that trigger Type 2 Diabetes are related to lifestyle and poor decisions regarding nutrition and lack of daily physical activity.

The first thing we want to focus on are the inflammatory foods that need to be removed or minimized from your diet in order to allow your body to start properly healing.

1 REFINED SUGAR: Rapidly spikes blood glucose. Natural sources like Raw Honey and Maple Syrup are better options but they can still affect sugar levels, use those occasionally, and for better option switch to stevia or monk fruit.

2 GRAINS: Especially gluten containing like Wheat, they broke down into sugar within a few minutes of consumption.
3 CONVENTIONAL COWS MILK: Dairy can be a fantastic food for balancing blood sugar if it comes from goat’s, sheep or A2 cows. Always try to buy only raw and organic products from pasture-raised animals.

4 ALCOHOL: can dangerously increase blood sugar and lead to liver toxicity

5 HYDROGENATED OILS: vegetables oils, soybean oil, cottonseed and canola oil are processed, treating at high temperatures and combine with bleaching and dyes they had been linked to health concerns including diabetes.

Choosing quality source of nutrition everyday will have a greater impact in you healing process. You will start feeling better everyday. Our compromise is to keep providing you with educational content and easy tips that start becoming part of your daily routine
