What I wear to an event has always meant a lot to me… because all I ever hear is my mom’s voice saying,
“what are you wearing?”

And this dress…

I wore wore last 10 years ago
to one of my best friend’s launch party

I remember putting it on for the first time
knowing it was my mom’s,
knowing it was a big, fun night…

and not realizing how much life was about to change.

And then this weekend—

Big event.
No plan (typical me 😅)
Weather shifted… and somehow this dress came back out.

And it just felt right.

Because sometimes the people you love
feel the closest in the simplest ways…

like wearing something that once belonged to them.

And then I had this moment—

Looking around the room…
this community… this team… this life…

and thinking about how far this all has come.

14 years ago—Ava at preschool, me heading to my first coaching session.

And now here we are.

Coach of the Year.
A team I love.
A community that feels like home.

From family room workouts…
to taking chances on things I wasn’t sure about… to walking into a gym in West Chester not knowing it would change everything— it all led here.

You are who you surround yourself with.

The people.
The energy.
The support.
The community that lifts you up when you need it most…
and lets you do the same in return—

it’s everything.

So here’s your reminder—
say YES.

Even when you don’t feel ready.
Especially when you don’t feel ready.

Because the people you meet…
the growth that happens…
the life you build from that— it can change everything.

And somehow…
in the middle of all of it…

you still hear the people you love most.
