In celebration of Architecture Week 2026, RLE wants to share how we host high school students for job shadowing and career exploration in architecture.

Through hands-on job shadowing and conversations with our team, students gained a behind-the-scenes look at the architectural profession - from design concepts to real-world projects. Experiences like these help spark curiosity, build awareness, and inspire the next generation of architects and designers.

We’re excited to be part of building the pipeline for the future of our profession.

Our Director of Contract Administration and Forensics, Donovan Larson, had a fantastic year in #2025 engaging with the students and leadership at North Dakota State University.

Being an Adjunct Professor of Architecture in the North Dakota State University School of Design, Architecture and Art was both enriching and exciting.

We value and encourage personal growth, and the achievement of individual, team, and company goals. Teaching these students for Donovan was inspiring and he felt privileged to help foster the next generation of design professionals!

NDSU's Memorial Union is ready for its next chapter of interior updates to create a more welcoming, functional, student-centered space for all. Our RLE design team is excited to work with the planning committee on inspiration ideas for the upcoming Student Vote to proceed with the project.
