When we would go to the Mall and it had a kitchen shop, I'd tell my parents, "I'll be in the kitchen shop".....and I STILL AM. 😊 From working in the test kitchen at Bryan Foods, to catering, to taking courses at the Culinary Institute Of America (Hyde park and Nappa Valley), to Director of Food and Beverage and R&D at McAllister 's Corp, to writing the curriculum that went before the State College Board for the Culinary Arts Institute at MUW and working with the architect for the first kitchen's plans/design, to Culin-Arts......"food" is in me and what I do. Restocked on Bumblebee Pottery by Helene Fielder. Born in France, she met and married a Mississippi man stationed at a military base in France. She has been in Mississippi over 40 years and has been making pottery for 50 years. Her pottery is a true art form but very functional as it's oven, microwave and dishwasher safe, meaning food safe. Stop by and get your favorite piece or gift a piece. I call it functional ART!!
