Elizabeth Bliss (Smith) Ashley passed away on March 25th, 1885, due to acute hepatitis. She became a member of the First Congregational Church of West Springfield, Massachusetts, in 1829. On October 23rd, 1835, Elizabeth married Joseph Ashley, whom she had eight children with. She is buried in Meeting House Hill Cemetery.

Alexander Monroe passed away on January 28th, 1923. He was born in Scotland. After immigrating to the United States, Alexander settled in Boston, Massachusetts. There, he worked as a polisher. Three months prior to Alexander’s passing, he moved in with his sister, who lived on Piper Road in West Springfield, Massachusetts. He is buried in Meeting House Hill Cemetery.
