Western Mass: 💧 Summer Hydration Tip
Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to drink water—by the time you feel thirsty, you’re already starting to become dehydrated.

A simple trick: Carry a reusable water bottle and aim to finish one by lunchtime and another by dinner. If you’re exercising or spending time outside, add an extra 16–24 oz of water for every hour of activity.

Staying hydrated can help improve energy, workouts, focus, and even reduce those afternoon cravings. Your body will thank you! ☀️💪
