Coming back to my university () to support the next generation of bold, creative founders felt like the ultimate full-circle moment. Sitting with these young entrepreneurs, hearing their ideas, their vision, their courage to build something from nothing. It reminded me so much of those early days when everything was possibility.

So grateful to stand alongside brilliant mentors and changemakers who are pouring into this community and championing these founders to share their ideas with confidence.

It’s a beautiful reminder that the seeds you plant early have a funny way of growing into something bigger than you ever imagined! 🌱✨

Give to Gain.

This International Women’s Day, I’m reflecting on how much of my journey has been shaped by community—and how giving has always been at the heart of the work I do.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of mentoring founders in accelerator programs, helping entrepreneurs stand out in saturated markets and giving them the technical and creative tools to bring their visions to life. I’ve supported women in business stepping into their authority, mentored BIPOC founders navigating entrepreneurship, and worked with newcomers building businesses in communities they now call home.

I’ve also had the honour of facilitating workshops with youth dreaming about their futures and working with incarcerated communities, using creativity as a catalyst for reflection, growth, and new possibilities.

Every one of these experiences has reinforced something I deeply believe: when we share knowledge, open doors, and invest in others, the impact multiplies.

Being a woman in business, designer, and speaker, especially as a BIPOC woman, isn’t always easy. My work is rooted in helping purpose-driven people show up boldly, tell their stories, and create meaningful impact—because representation, access, and celebration matter.
And it's not always about the shiny milestones. It takes resilience to show up fully, to lead with values, and to create spaces that weren’t built for us and while facing battles some may never know you're facing. Yet I’ve witnessed time and time again how women lift each other, push boundaries, and transform their communities.
This is the power of Give to Gain.
