NEW COFFEE ALERT!
El Sauco is our first offering from Guatemala. This shade grown coffee grows under native Sauco (elderberry) trees, which is where this lot gets its name.

It is grown by producer Armando Gomez on his family farm, Chq’UL, located in Todos Santos Cuchumatán, Huehuetenango, Guatemala.

We roast this coffee to a full medium to develop its rich body. In the cup, we get dark chocolate, plum, nougat, and browned butter.

Now available on our website, and starting tomorrow at all of our weekly markets.

Interested in our anniversary coffee but couldn’t make it to the event this past Saturday? It’s now live on our website.

We don’t have much left, so if you’re interested, we recommend grabbing it sooner rather than later.

This Saturday, April 25th, we’re releasing our first anniversary coffee at our bom.dia_me café takeover!

We’ll be featuring a Colombian honey process Gesha from producers Juliana Guevara & Wbeimar Lasso. This coffee is bright and sweet, with notes of florals, herbals, and brown sugar sweetness.

Bom Dia will be serving it on pour over all day, and we’ll have bags available for purchase.
