Growing With Minerals…here is what we have this week. We will not be at the Farmers Market! Remember, we have zucchini relish, corn relish, strawberry rhubarb and blueberry rhubarb jam and hot pepper jelly too!

One way to reduce mowing is to add native plants that can spread. That was the start of my mission at the Westfield Whip Manufacturing Co. today. With some beautiful native plants donated by Growing With Minerals, I was able to start the journey of converting this lonely grass into a beautiful "primary pollinator" garden. These plants will complement some of the natural pollinators already growing on the riverbank like milkweed.
