Big thanks to for hosting an incredible event in New York City on Pier 76! 🎉 I’m thrilled to share that I beat my time from last year by a whole eight minutes! 💪

played a huge role in this achievement, giving me access to top-notch recovery tools, and along with all of our amazing healers that kept me strong and ready to perform.

You guys will never believe what happened at my Hyrox race LOL

I literally MISSED IT.

So as you know - I’ve been training for this Hyrox race for about 6 months now.

And Rebecca Haded - one of our AMAZING trainers at Intuitive Wellness was also down for the challenge as well! This was her second Hyrox race after falling in love with it last year in NY!

So we flew out on Saturday

Got to our hotel, zenned out with the compression pants, ate our weight in burgers, and watched our two friends do a doubles race.

And Becca was off to the races first thing on Sunday.

She KILLED IT. Finished with a time of 1 hour 20 minutes which is wildly impressive for her first time.

Then it was my turn.

I walked over to the gate 20 minutes early to warm up.

When all I saw in front of me was men AND women doubles warming up.

Coincidentally I ran into the MC who I had been chatting with the day before.

Well turns out I have no idea how to read military time!!!

The MC said the women’s leg that I was a part of ALREADY WENT OUT.

They were pretty much DONE.

They started almost 2 HOURS AGO.

So literally without a warm up, stretch, bathroom break, or ANYTHING I ran to the gate and immediately took off.

(which if you’re any of our clients or friends IW - you KNOW this is a HUGE no no)

It was easily THE MOST mentally challenging race of my life.

I had to REALLY dig in mentally without having the last 3 weeks of training, my autoimmune kicking my ass, AND no warmup.

It was a battle.

But I did it.

I crossed the finish line at 1 hour 18 mins (my goal was 1 hour 20 mins!)

I finished 26th in my age group out of 891 women.

And I am SO fu***ng proud of myself and Becca.

The atmosphere of this race was out of this world.

We met SO many athletes, got so much inspiration, AND officially are going to start offering OUR OWN Hyrox Training at Intuitive Wellness starting soon.
