"This was my first year at Escape Camp. In one week I pushed my fitness level up a big notch. Encouraged and inspired by the example of the other enthusiastic campers, I broke through self-imposed limits, got past my fears, and improved my swimming, learned how to dive for the first time ever, and also climbed a climbing wall for the first time. Expert instruction in squash boosted my confidence and will get me back on the squash court after a 40-year hiatus. Escape Camp provides a great combination of a fun, supportive, friendly environment and a fabulous education on how to stay fit as you age. I'll be back!" - Laurie B.
