It's that time of year again! As soon as the first spring flowers start poking out of the ground (crocuses, tulips, and daffodils), the first round of pollinators start to wake from their winter slumber. These include digger bees, miner bees, bumble bees, and sweat bees. These small bees are incredibly important pollinators. Although they might appear in large numbers, these mainly solitary bees are very docile and pose very little threat to people and pets. It is recommended to not treat or use any chemicals, as they will disappear after about a month, having done their jobs.

It seems the stinks bugs are aware of the weather change. This time of year they try to find a place to over winter. They are considered a nuisance not an infestation since they do no harm. They are not nesting, again just looking to survive. It can be in a wall void which is why you might see one inside (which is not where they want to be).
