Finishing up here in Hope Hull with some really bad drainage issues. Due to improper grade and poor quality soil this property was a mess whenever it hadnt been super dry outside for a while. Replaced a couple of culvert pipes under the driveway with a larger size, got rid of an old french drain system that was useless, cut swales and sloped the yard for proper runoff.
