🔧✨ THE SWEETWATER IS GETTING A FACELIFT! ✨🔧

After weeks of waiting on backordered parts, the new seats for our Sweetwater Pontoon have finally started arriving! 🎉

We've officially begun the process of removing the old and installing the new, giving one of our most popular rental pontoons a much-needed refresh. 🛥️

If you've rented the Sweetwater before, you'll definitely notice the difference. We're excited to bring a cleaner, more comfortable, and updated look to the boat for this season. 😎☀️

The shipment arrived in multiple pieces, so we're still waiting on a few remaining seats to complete the project, but we're making great progress and couldn't wait to share the update!

We appreciate everyone's patience while these parts were on backorder, and we're looking forward to getting the Sweetwater looking better than ever. 🔥

We recently became aware of comments regarding one of our rentals and would like to respectfully provide some clarification.

First and foremost, we value customer feedback and take concerns seriously. However, no concerns regarding the condition of the vessel, communication issues, or any other problems were reported to us during the rental period.

In fact, the condition of the seats was discussed directly with the renter's husband on two separate occasions: once at the beginning of the rental period and again when he contacted us to coordinate the return of the boat. During those conversations, we discussed future plans to either replace or reupholster the seats. At no point during either conversation were we informed that the condition of the seats had negatively impacted their rental experience, nor were any complaints made regarding the boat's operation or overall condition. We were also informed that the boat ran well and that they had no issues throughout the weekend.

We always encourage customers to contact us directly if something is not meeting their expectations. Had any concerns been brought to our attention during the rental, we would have gladly discussed them and attempted to find a reasonable solution.

We would also like to clarify some information regarding pricing. As shown in the screenshots below, the advertised base rental rate for this particular boat was $265 per day. Additionally, this reservation qualified for and received our multi-day rental discount, which further reduced the daily rental cost. The final rental amount included the discounted rental rate, applicable taxes, service fees, and a delivery charge selected during checkout. The booking system clearly displays all charges before payment is made. All pricing, fees, taxes, and delivery charges are displayed during the booking process prior to payment so customers can review the total cost before completing their reservation.

Regarding rental agreements, while contracts can be signed electronically before delivery, this process is intended as a convenience for customers and helps streamline pickup and delivery. It is not intended to create an inconvenience. Customers are able to review all rental terms before proceeding with their reservation.

Similarly, our return procedure is designed with customer convenience in mind. In many cases, customers are permitted to secure the boat at the designated return location and depart once their rental has concluded rather than waiting for a representative to arrive. This allows customers to end their day on the water and return home without unnecessary delays. The option to tie the boat up and leave is not a lack of customer service, but rather a convenience offered to renters so they are not required to wait around after their rental period has ended.

As for communication, we make every effort to respond to calls, texts, emails, and messages as quickly as possible. Weekends and holidays are our busiest times of the year, and while an occasional call may be missed, we always welcome follow-up communication and do our best to assist every customer. At this time, we have been unable to locate any emails or text messages reporting these concerns during the rental period.

We also believe it's important to provide context regarding the vessel itself. This particular pontoon is one of the most affordable options in our fleet, and its pricing reflects its overall condition and features. Rental rates within our fleet currently range from approximately $250 to $450 per day, with newer and more premium vessels commanding higher rates. We strive to accurately represent each vessel so customers can choose the option that best fits their budget and expectations.

Most importantly, none of the concerns raised publicly were ever brought to our attention as complaints during the rental period. We would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss them directly and attempt to resolve them at that time. Instead, we first learned that these concerns were being presented as complaints after the rental had already concluded.

We understand that not every customer experience will be perfect, but we believe the best opportunity to resolve concerns is when they are communicated directly so they can be addressed promptly. We remain committed to transparency, fair pricing, and providing safe, enjoyable rentals. If this customer would like to discuss any concerns directly, we welcome that conversation and would be happy to listen. We believe that open communication is the best way to resolve concerns and improve the customer experience.
