November is Mental Health Awareness Month. "Silence Your Mind" is a song that was written on a cold November day in 2018 that attempts to capture what some people struggle with everyday, and what every friend or family members wish for that person. We hope you enjoy.

About a half dozen years ago, several of us collaborated on writing a tune called "Silence your mind" which is really a simple wish for anyone who does experience mental trauma. We are re-releasing it November 1 simply to bring awareness to this ever-growing affliction.
