I see so many trying to regulate with the post-holiday slump, the winter weather, the seemingly constant waves of COVID, and the politics of the world.

Don't you just want....actually embody the calm? I do.

Can you take a deep breath right now and wiggle out some tension? Like literally wiggle. Shimmy. Get those toes. Let your body know you're safe and let it discharge all. that. you. have. been. carrying.
