Read it again. Our habits tell us who we are.
How we do one thing often tells us a great deal about how we do everything.
We are so curious: what are some of the non-negotiable habits that assist you in becoming the person you desire to be?

We get it: sometimes the hardest part of achieving what you want…
is knowing what you want.
You say, “I want to heal.”
What does that mean to you?
What does a healed body look like?
How does it function for your needs?
When will you achieve this healed state?
Who is going to help you get there?
Start with those questions.
Be curious about your awesome self.
Work on developing that picture.
And then… take action.
The action part? We’ve got you.
We can help you, here: www.denverdeep.com.

Humans are wired to be touched, and touch triggers the release of oxytocin - the hormone which promotes feelings of devotion, trust, and bonding.
Fun facts about oxytocin:
1. Studies have shown oxytocin may effectively treat debilitating shyness, social anxieties, mood disorders, and even PTSD.
2. Oxytocin lasts in the body for just about 3 minutes, but the effects can last up to 3 hours.
3. It has been found that oxytocin can help wound healing. It plays a key role in angiogenesis, which is the growth of blood vessels or re-growth of them after an injury.
4. Research shows that oxytocin can also increase optimism and self-esteem.
Let's get that oxytocin flowing: go touch someone (you should probably ask for permission... rather than forgiveness).
