We at Amramp Chicago are very sorry for any misunderstanding regarding pricing. At the time of rental there was no discussion of purchase price. As far as we knew this was a straight rental and we provided excellent service and very competitive rental pricing.
Our Installers are exceptionally good at their job which is installing and removing ramps. They do not and should not ever attempt discussing pricing with any customer. If it is the case that one of them spoke out of turn we apologize. They really have no basis of knowledge.
We have been serving northern Illinois, parts of Wisconsin and Indiana for almost 15 years. This is the first misunderstanding of thos kind.
Again, our apologizes but this customer still received a very good value.
