Rob is officially joining us part-time in Customer Service & Retention, and this role is a big one — because in our world, the relationship doesn’t stop once coverage is in place… that’s where the real work begins.

Retention is about trust.
Ongoing service.
Making sure families feel just as protected on year 5 as they did on day 1 — and Rob is built for that mission.

He brings 16+ years of financial services experience as a Product Owner and transformation leader, with a background spanning customer journeys, underwriting, training, quality, and regulatory operations — all translating into stronger follow-through and higher customer confidence for the households we serve.

He understands that every call, every note, every renewal touchpoint matters.

And if you get a call from us first thing in the morning — bright-eyed and bushy-tailed — it’s probably Rob already checking in and making sure no one falls through the cracks.

Even more special — Rob was raised right here in Wheeling, so he’s not just helping customers… he’s serving neighbors.

Outside the office, his pride and joy are his dogs, his family, and time in the gym as an avid weightlifter. 💪🏽
