Ballet 2 Class
Barre

Plie - 2 demi plie, grand plie - 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th positions.
Battement Tendu - 4 tendus full cross
Jete - 2 jete,1 pique - full cross.
Rond de jambe par terre - 4 slow ronds an dehors, 4 slow ronds an dedans. Then 3rd port de bras 2 times, port de bras side to side, stretching with a heel.
Preparation for Fondue - 4 ser le cou de pied full cross
Frappe - 4 frappe full cross
Adagio - 2 tan lemps leve full cross
Grand Battlement - 2 grand battement full cross.
All combinations from both legs!!

After the barre we do releve 16 times and balance, stretching (at least 15 mins) on the floor. 1st port de bras on a center and Jumps combinations. Practice spotting.
Please do all combinations properly and slowly! Class should take about 60 mins! Do the class at least 2 times per week, but better 3! ;) Stay well, and be active!!

Dear Parents and Students,

Our studio is closed till April 6th (or till future notification), because of State Stay at Home order. The credit for remaining two weeks classes of this session will be transferred to the next session.
Please make sure your kids are staying active, keep practicing and stretching at home during the break!
