🔧 Hiring – Sign Fabricator / Installer (Wheeling, IL)

We’re a hands-on sign shop looking for someone who knows their way around tools and can work independently.

This is real work — shop fabrication and field installs. Not a desk job.

What you’ll be doing:
• Fabrication (acrylic, PVC, aluminum, channel letters, etc.)
• Field installs (ladders, lifts, job sites)
• Loading materials, working with equipment, keeping jobs moving

What we’re looking for:
• 2+ years of hands-on experience (construction, installs, mechanical, etc.)
• Comfortable using power tools without constant supervision
• Reliable, shows up on time, gets the job done
• Clean, detail-oriented work

Big plus:
• Vinyl installation
• Sign industry experience
• Bucket truck experience
• Graphic design

Compensation based on experience.
