Funded and Recorded February 9, 2026!!! Wooo Hoop!! We helped a good Friend Edgar Montes purchase his Investment property! We got him this Amazing 3 unit property for a great price. We negotiated and were able to get him 20K in credits to apply to the PMI. We helped him obtain an additional credit of 7k for a total of 27K in credits!!He received We started this process almost a year ago. We were in Escrow on a Property last March 2025. Trustee decided to not sell and cancelled sale.
We helped Edgar look for another property. We finally found the right property. It was a 60 day+ Escrow because the units were tenant occupied. We were able to negotiate for 2 units to be vacated.
