Hey, mama!
You're seen today. Regardless of how this day started, is going, or looks like it's going to end.
You're seen in the hard, the easy, the stressful, the simple, the hysterical, and the deepfelt sad. And, it's not the circumstances that are seen...YOU are seen, in those circumstances.
Because here's the deal. So much of our life seems to be a juggle between what we're feeling - how we should feel - and the chaos of the mixture between. Keeping those balls up in the air, the plates spinning, the rhythm of life still beating, regardless.
But, when your tired body lays down at night, and you look back on the day, did you feel seen? Do you feel that what you kept up in the air, spinning and beating mattered, not because it was done in perfection, but because it was done with your heart?
Thursday morning, February 27, is for you. I would love to have a breather of a morning with you, sharing how you and I can care for our souls, when our circumstances and responsibilities dictate we do that caring for everyone but ourselves. I truly hope you'll join me!
