🧡 TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: YOUR STORY SHOWS HOW FAR YOU’VE COME 🧡
Is Transformation Tuesday still a thing? Well I’m making it one if not 😂 I wanted to show how far I’ve come in my fitness journey and that I’ve been stuck in each stage of it! If you were to tell me I’d look like I do now 5 years ago I wouldn’t have believed you.
Picture 1: This tank top picture was from June 2017. I was in the process of losing the 30 pounds I gained my freshman year of college before my sophomore year started. I remember crying on the ab mat and in the locker room because all the other girls in tank tops looked so fit and I didn’t 🥲 makes for a hell of a transformation picture now though!
The photo in the right is from yesterday’s leg day. I feel so much more confident in myself and have grown both mentally and physically!
Picture 2: The one on the left is from my sophomore year of college post volleyball season. This is when I wanted to be as small as possible. I had no muscle and wasn’t building any because I was eating so little and was very restrictive with my food intake.
On the right: Also from yesterday’s leg day 😂 I’ve worked my ass off to gain more muscle, to be stronger, and to be the best version of me! I eat more, allow myself some treats, and feel like an absolute BADASS 😤
The point is, trying to be someone you’re not won’t bring you happiness. Working on yourself for yourself is what does. Loving yourself doesn’t come with a size measurement. Be confident. Be courageous. BE YOU. 🧡
I’ve been through it all: weight gain, weight loss, restrictive eating and negative mindset, gaining muscle, and finding my confidence. Let me help you cut past the trial and error and help you become the person you want!
