Resharing this with a recent client testimonial.✨
“Courtney was so helpful! After going through a terrible flue season with my son, my supply suffered quite a lot. I was only pumping barely enough for daycare and was burning through my reserves pretty fast. Her suggestions helped me increase my supply dramatically and within only a week I was seeing major results. Let's just say my freezer stash is growing rapidly. My worries are long gone”

⁉️DID YOU KNOW ⁉️
I specialize in low milk supply!
Last year I completed my Low Milk Supply Specialist course where I learned just how much nutrition and hormonal health can impact your milk supply.
Sometimes just adding in extra pump sessions isn’t going to cut it. We have to dig deeper.
I am here to help you dig deeper if you are suffering from low milk supply and have one of the following diagnosis:
▪️PCOS
▪️Anemia
▪️Low prolactin
▪️Insulin resistance
▪️Bariatric surgery
▪️Thyroid imbalances
▪️Insufficient glandular tissue
Or maybe you haven’t been diagnosed but you’ve tried all the things and your milk supply isn’t improving. We can walk through specific questionnaires to figure out which labs will be best to run.
From there, I can make recommendations that can help you reach your goals 🥛
I also accept most major insurances! 🙌🏻
NOW ACCEPTING TRICARE!!✨
The wait is over!! I am SO EXCITED to be able to help more families in our community.

The next time you’re scared to book a home visit because of a messy house or older home I want you to remember I am human too.
We don’t live a perfect life like on social media with zero messes. Our living room/dining room is the heart of our home. She stays chaotic just like our daily life. I am here to help you and your baby. You are my top priority not those dishes in the sink.
I want you to focus on healing, not the mess. Because let’s be real… this is my house on a good day!😅🫶🏼

Thawing and warming breastmilk for your baby is so easy!🍼
You can take out your frozen bags of milk that you will need for the following day and let them thaw out in your refrigerator overnight OR you can place them directly into a bowl of warm water. Easy peasy!
You just need warm tapwater and a container that will fit either your bag of milk or bottle of milk.
When I am reheating a bottle of milk, I love to use our yeti coffee cup. If your baby prefers their milk a little warmer than room temp you can always replace the warm water after the milk has thawed and give it a couple more minutes.
Just remember once milk is thawed it needs to be used within 24 hours. Never refreeze once fully thawed‼️
If baby does not finish their bottle CDC guidelines state you have 2hrs to offer it again before discarding. However, there is a new information stating it can go longer up to 8hrs room temp for full term healthy infants.
