Finishing up a 150,000 square foot warehouse in McKinney Texas. Structure had metal roof and walls and 20 to 30 foot ceilings. All interiors walls of offices were sprayed with open cell foam for a sound barrier and the rest of the interior walls of the warehouse were sprayed with 1" closed cell foam. Roof has 1" closed cell and 4 inches of open cell. After several days of going over load calculations and desired climate conditions needed to operate the plant, we decided that this was the best way to achieve the owners goals.
