Our deepest appreciation to our entire Virginia Beach Market and leadership team for an outstanding Food Drive this year. Every restaurant went above and beyond—decorating collection boxes, engaging their teams, and gathering food that truly made a difference.

Yesterday, our City Manager and each one of our District Managers personally delivered the collected food to the Food Bank of Virginia. Not only did they deliver it—they rolled up their sleeves and got to work. Together as a team, we packed over 300 pounds of food, enough to feed more than 100 families across our community.

Last night at the Mayflower Food Bank Drive for Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore, our team boxed over 100 food boxes and supported a full shift of sorting and preparing food for distribution. The heart and service shown were inspiring.

🇺🇸 September 11—We Remember 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to honor the 2,977 lives lost on 9/11, the survivors who carry its weight, and the brave first responders and military members who ran toward danger so others could live. We remember their names, their families, and the extraordinary courage shown in the face of unthinkable tragedy.

As leaders, our responsibility is to turn remembrance into action—by building workplaces grounded in dignity and respect, serving our communities with compassion, and choosing unity over division. Small acts of service still matter: a kind word, a helping hand, a moment of gratitude.

We will never forget. We Win Together.
