DRIVER/ MOVER - Full Time

Seeking a full time “Loader/Driver” who is ready to join a team that has served Wichita for over 80 years. Job Description:
• To assist in the inventory process, the loading of household goods out of a house and onto the truck for transit and then the unloading of items into the new house for delivery.
• Execute the move process in a safe and efficient manner, while providing great customer service to our new and existing clients. Attitude is everything!
• Ability to work overtime, temporary or alternative schedule as requested by supervisor.
• Ability to lump furniture and boxes, (100 # minimum lift requirement), and work a full day of manual labor. This includes climbing, kneeling, balancing & walking.
• Previous experience is preferred, but the process can be taught if other value in your skills is present. We want you to succeed and will work to find your talents!
• This position will require some out-of-town travel, but minimal on overnight stays.
• Be willing to provide an MVR and be 18 years of age. 26” trucks only - NO CDL required!
• Be willing to perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork with the customer. Paperwork is crucial so attention to detail is needed.
• OK serves not only private COD clients, but DOD/Military members as well. Due to the base access that will be needed, please know a background check will be required for all staff involved.
• Willingness to help where needed and be a team player. Some days when jobs are staffed, you may be back helping in the warehouse, putting away shipments or helping clear debris etc. We will always do our best to find you the hours you deserve. We ask for the same willingness to lend a hand in return.
