We're grateful to have the incredible Jackie Tabor leading tonight's practice as we move among the beautiful artwork of the gallery space.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this is a welcoming opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and spend an hour investing in yourself alongside an amazing recovery community.
As always, it's free with 48 hours of sobriety.

We're excited to partner with Flatwater Fitness & Fun to bring Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga to The Phoenix Wichita community. Whether you're a seasoned yogi, an experienced paddler, or someone simply looking to try something completely new, this experience is for you.
Imagine ending your weekend floating on the calm waters of Santa Fe Lake, moving through yoga poses as the sun begins to settle, surrounded by community and the beauty of Kansas summer. No pressure. No perfection. Just connection, balance, and a chance to do something that reminds you how good it feels to be alive.
