Infinite HERizons

In this grounding and restorative workshop, .flow.wellness will guide participants through ‘The Soma Lab: Inviting Compassion, Curiosity and Connection Within’, her signature somatic movement and visualization practice designed to reconnect people with the wisdom of their bodies.

Through gentle movement, breath, and guided parts-work, you will be invited to slow down and tune into the parts of yourself that are often overworked, wounded, or numbed out by the pace of everyday life.

This compassionate practice creates space for curiosity, connection, and self-acceptance—helping participants meet themselves with greater presence and care.

You will leave feeling more centered, connected, and supported by the deeper relationship you’ve cultivated with yourself.
