I aim to cater to perinatal and maternal mental health, those overcoming birth trauma (NICU), and those navigating through infertility. My approach is unique! I will intertwine mindful body movement (Yoga) & journaling into our sessions!

I had my first Talk & Flow class yesterday and it was nothing short of amazing! I was able to release things that I had no idea I was still holding on too!
